Tuesday, 14 december, at 16.30, the PMI Southern Italy Chapter, in partnership with the ISMED-CNR, will host the workshop “Project management for the financing and management of European projects: best practices and PMI standards”. The workshop is promoted in the context of the joint project of the chapters of the North and South of Italy of the Project Management Institute “SMILE-PM: Small and Medium-sized Innovators and LEaders for Project Management”.
An opportunity to have a chat with Andrea Innocenti and Marcello Traversi, co-authors of the book “Project management e progetti europei – Sinergie, buone pratiche, esperienze“ (FrancoAngeli, 2021), and explore how to apply the international standards of the Project Management Institute in the design and management of EU co-funded projects.
